History of the Dantherm group

 

2010 In June Dantherm sells its share in the development company Danamics to Østjysk Innovation.
2010 Ultimo April Dantherm sells Dantherm Filtration Holding A/S to Nederman Holding. The divestment comprises all the Filtration companies except the French subsidiary Dantherm Filtration SAS. 
2007 Dantherm Power is established as an independent company. 
2007 In October Dantherm's French subsidiary in the Filtration business segment, Dantherm Filtration SAS, signs an agreement to sell the Company's finishing line activities.
Dantherm also sells Glenco A/S with the subsidiaries Venair A/S og AB Venair in October.
Furthermore the 6.8 % indirect equity interest in Royal Scandinavia A/S is sold in October.
2006 In February Dantherm Filtration AB acquires the activities of Scandab AB.
A/S Dantherm Holding changes name to Dantherm A/S after the General Assembly 6th April.
2005

Dantherm Holding acquires the DISA Air Group and the main activitites in Siemens Technology Services A/S.
The DISA Air Group is integrated in the Dantherm Group and changes name to Dantherm Filtration per 1 July.
In connection with a branding project covering the entire group Dantherm A/S changes name to Dantherm Air Handling per 1 October.

 2004 A/S Dantherm and Dantherm HMS A/S merge with Dantherm A/S as the common company name.
Dantherm A/S acquires Kontrollelektronik AB in Söderköping
Stelectric A/S merges with Thoustrup & Overgaard A/S under the new name T&O Stelectric A/S.
 2002 Merger between Dansk Industri Invest and Dantherm Holding and introduction to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on 5 July.
Through the merger with Dansk Industri Invest the company Glenco VSK, working with technical building installations, is now a part of the Dantherm Group.
2001 Dantherm Holding acquires Ventilatorverken AB in Sweden.
2000 Establishment of AB Venair and Venair A/S as independent companies.
1998 Dantherm HMS A/S is established as an independent company.
Dantherm Holding A/S is established.
1983 Stelectric is started by Svend Thøgersen, and is in 1987 restructured as a company with limited responsibility (A/S).
1973 A/S Dantherm is divided into A/S Dantherm as a production company and A/S Dantherm Trading, to undertake the sales of Dantherms products on the Danish market.
1966-1973 Sales organisations are founded in the Scandinavian countries, in Germany, in France and in England.
1963 Dantherm is established as a company with limited responsility (A/S).
1958 Dantherm is founded by E. R. Olsen, who dies in 1991.
