Dantherm Academy
In the Dantherm group we focus on employer development, both professional and personal. Dantherm Academy gives all employees in the Dantherm group opportunity to develop the qualifications and competences necessary to handle the challenges our global workplace offers.
In Dantherm Academy we have initiated a number of courses supporting the superior strategy and the visions and objectives decided in the Dantherm group. Furthermore we work with our common values as a basis - the values that as well are the base of our HR- and education policy.
Beside personal and professional development the purpose of Dantherm Academy is strengthening of the co-operation across the group and hopefully construction of networks, in which knowledge and ideas can be generated.
The Dantherm group's HR-committee is responsible for Dantherm Academy.
Structure
The education portfolio of Dantherm Academy is constructed in modules to secure a well-arranged structure. The modules are not mutual connected but provide possibility for connections within some of the topics.
