Divestment of business segment Filtration

Dantherm has today signed an agreement with the Swedish company Nederman Holding AB concerning the divestment of the most significant activities within the business segment Filtration.

The divestment is being effected to improve the capital structure and to reduce the Dantherm group’s interest-bearing debt.
