Reconstruction of the French subsidiary
With effect from 30 April 2010 Dantherm A/S divested the most significant activities within the business segment Filtration
The only remaining activity is the French subsidiary, Dantherm Filtration SAS. As previously announced the activities of Dantherm Filtration SAS are not part of the future more focused strategy for the Dantherm group.
Dantherm Filtration SAS has through a longer period shown considerable losses. Because of this a reconstruction has begun aiming to find a new ownership structure for the company’s activities over the next two to three months. During this period the company is under creditor protection ac-cording to French legislation. The reconstruction does not affect Dantherm’s previously announced expectations of revenue and result for 2010.
