A considerable part of Dantherm's business focuses on delivering energy-optimising solutions. Environment, climate and corporate social responsibility play a major role at Dantherm, forming an integrated part of the business and corporate culture.
The basis of Dantherm's position is the UN's Global Compact - the ten principles of human rights, employee rights, environment and anti-corruption according to which the UN has listed guidelines for companies' work to ensure a more sustainable development. Dantherm follows the 10 principles set out in the UN Global Compact.
In 2013, Dantherm will continue its CSR-related efforts including creating a basis for collecting and standardising non-financial data. Furthermore, Dantherm aims to implement a common Code of Conduct in 2013 for the employees of the group.
