When a German fixed net service provider needed to lower energy consumption in his overall business, a thorough investigation process took its beginning. Against the background of the results, as well as recommendations from colleagues in the business, Dantherm was chosen as the customer’s preferred business partner.
Free cooling solution
After site visits in
Sweden and an on-site temperature measurement carried out by
Dantherm, the customer chose a Dantherm Free Cooling solution, the
Flexibox 450. Using free cooling instead of active cooling, this
solution would lead to significant energy savings.
Support and assistance
Dantherm assisted in the test installation phase on site and
provided recommendations and 
support for introduction
of free cooling at remaining sites. Dantherm also showed
flexibility in the after sales process, when the customer wished to
test the temperature compensation feature, which was
retrofitted.
Customer satisfaction
The customer found delivery to be prompt and assistance in the installation process professional. The installation and operation of the test unit was easy, and the customer is now working progressively to introduce free cooling at both existing and new sites.
