Dantherm's Free Cooling unit, the Flexibox, provides reliable and cost-effective cooling of Telecom shelters and rooms hosting
GSM, UMTS or LTE networks.

The Flexibox is the perfect solution for larger cooling needs in both new and existing sites, ensuring energy-efficient cooling and energy savings of up to 95 %. This makes the Dantherm Flexibox solution significantly more economical in use than air conditioners.

Free Cooling is controlled ventilation: The Telecom shelter or enclosure is cooled by means of ambient air without using a compressor. All of the Dantherm Free Cooling products operate with overpressure delivering fine filtered air into the room, thereby ensuring a clean environment for the radio transmission equipment.

Dantherm Flexibox as the sole cooling solution is adequate for cooling Telecom base stations in most climate conditions. In warm climates and in climates with high temperature peaks, a combination of free cooling and an air conditioner is a good choice. The combination prolongs the service life of your existing air conditioner and generates substantial energy savings, when the free cooling is active.

Service function with automatic reset timer. Automatic reset Starts a 20-minute cycle, where temperature is off set and air flow is lowered. Comfortable climate for service technicians - safety for return to normal operation mode.
